User Accounts

You do not need a Best Case account to visit and use the landing page. This also applies to our survey tool.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server and stored there.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Surveys

We offer a survey tool on our website. The data you provide via this tool will only be used to improve our products and services. We do not share this data with third parties and the data is stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations. Important: Without direct coordination with you, no data will be stored in our best case databases. If we want to save data, e.g. in our CRM module, we will contact you in advance and ask for your permission.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data you enter in our survey tool, among other things. As already mentioned, this data is not stored in our Best Case databases without direct consultation with you.

We do not share, sell, rent or trade your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent, except as described in their privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored in databases on the landing page.

Take part in a survey, or use the contact form, put yourself on the whitelist or want a demo? The data collected from these features will not be stored in a database for further contact without your consent.
